Very professional and on time Very nice.i actually didn't hear the 30 min phone call before my appointment and called the driver back 20 min later and he was on his way to another call because I didn't answer,he made arrangements with the other customer so he could get me on my appointment time and I really appreciate that,I highly recommend these guys as far as picking up ur unwanted cars,and they pay good🤣🤣

2006 Subaru outback almost caught fire on me on the Sunday of memorial day weekend. I was traveling through VA to make it to Rhode island for some training. Unfortunately I had to make it there by Tuesday so for a mechanic to drop my engine and change out the oil seals was not going to happen. Roscoes was open, scheduled a salvage and we're incredibly easy to work with. 300 dollars for the car and it was sent to the smasher.Wish the vehicle could have gotten a bit of engine work and resold but time was tight.

I give this company five stars because their service was awesome. I called they we’re out at 8am the next morning. The young man was very professional and pleasant. I gave him the title to the car, he gave me $400 cash and removed my daughter old car which the motor had blown. They made this a quick and easy process. I highly recommend this company.
