Q: Where do I go to sell my car?

A: No need to go anywhere! Our drivers come to you. If you have an operable vehicle you would like to bring to us we can accommodate that request.

Q: How will I know when you are coming to buy my junk car?

A: All appointments are booked when you contact us, our driver will call before they arrive to confirm you are home and to let you know they are on the way.

Q: If I sell my car to Roscoe's how will I be paid?

A: In most locations, our drivers make payment in cash but on some occasions particularly if we are buying multiple or higher priced vehicles payment will be made with a company check.

Q: What do I do with my title and license plates?

A: Our drivers will walk you thru transferring the title to us, upon request they will happily remove your license plates for you as well so you can return them to DMV.

Q: What if I don't have a title?

A: In some cases, we can still buy the vehicle but in others, there are some steps you will need to take. More information about this can be found HERE.

Q: Is Roscoe's Junk Cars licensed?

A: Absolutely! We are not only licensed, we are insured, bonded, and maintain an A+ Rating with the BBB.

Q: Can you buy my deceased family member's vehicle?
